We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@petgarage.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
